What to expect when receiving a download or asking about a physical item.
Current ordering status
The website offers free digital downloads and live PayPal checkout for paid digital listings. Physical items cannot currently be purchased through this website.
Digital delivery
Digital products are files; no physical item is shipped. The product listing describes the file type and what is included. Use the same signed-in account to access My downloads.
- Paid downloads: access begins after payment is confirmed and lasts seven days.
- Free downloads: access begins with the first authorized download request and lasts seven days.
- Request limit: up to five download requests are allowed per attachment in a paid purchase, or per attachment for an account and free product.
A request counts when the server begins returning the file, even if your browser later cancels it. Requests denied before a file is returned do not use a download allowance. Save a copy of the file to your device during the access period.
Download help
My downloads shows the expiry date and the remaining allowance. If a file is missing, does not open, or your access has expired, contact vintagenestdesigns@gmail.com with your account email, product name, and order reference if available. A support request does not automatically restart an access period or increase the request limit.
Physical items
For questions about a physical product, contact the store before arranging a purchase. Availability, shipping destinations, processing time, shipping charges, carrier, tracking, and estimated delivery must be confirmed before a physical order is accepted. No standard shipping rate or delivery deadline is promised by this page.
If physical checkout becomes available on the website, its shipping details will need to be provided with the relevant listing or checkout before payment.
Problems, cancellations, and returns
If there is a problem with a product or delivery, contact the store promptly with the relevant order details. Requests for cancellations, returns, or refunds are reviewed against the product information, any terms supplied before the order, and applicable consumer rights. This page does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
