Thank you for choosing to download my designs. I hope that you enjoy using them as much as I have enjoyed taking them.

These licenses are required for use of any of my designs that are not for personal use. I have three licenses. Commercial Unlimited Use License: Credit Required and Commercial Unlimited Use License: No Credit Required

The main difference between them is giving credit or not giving credit to Vintage Nest Designs in your creations when selling with my designs incorporated with your designs.

Permission is granted to make blended modifications to any images (size, color, blending in with other art (such as, Altered Art) etc. as needed to suit your personal tastes, photos, etc. But please do not pass off any of the work as your own. And most importantly, have fun and enjoy the creative process.

All Kits, Elements, Brushes, Flourishes, Graphics, Miniatures, Prints, ect. contents are copyrighted @ Vintage Nest Designs.

It is non-transferable therefore you may not “give” the license to anyone else, nor can you change the product that it applies to.

Terms of Use:

These photos, designs, prints, are copyrighted by the designer, @ Vintage Nest Designs and are for personal use only unless permission from the designer is granted by purchasing this one product license. My kits, designs, and prints in digital or printed format may not be reproduced for sale or redistributed in any way without purchasing this license. No commercial use is permitted without the purchase of this license.

What am I allowed to sell commercially?

You can use any of my products as blended products to create new products for sale e.g. cards, stationery, digital collage sheets, templates flattened or editable, prints, websites, banners, blogs, papers. You can also sell your creations in patterns, or blended in with other items, on other websites such as Etsy, Zazzle and Spoonflower.

What am I not allowed to do with your graphics?
Copy or transfer to anyone else. Re-sell these items in their original, printed, or digital form.

This also includes using my graphics in its current form as part of a digital scrapbook kit.

You may also resize these the graphics to fit your needs, but any other major changes to the graphics are not to be made without contacting me for prior permission or noted herein.

You may use my graphics in your own layouts and you may send layouts to magazines as long as you credit, “Vintage Nest Designs” with the items in your layouts.

You May NOT:
You may not as a Digi Scrapbook Designer make an entire kit of these items.
You may not claim these graphics as your own.
You may not alter these graphics and claim them as your own.
You may not take any part of these graphics and add it to your graphic and claim the resulting graphic as your own.

You may not make any of my graphics into tubes or brushes and redistribute them in any way. You may not offer any of my graphics images on any web page for download, send them through lists, news, groups or include them in any graphics collection either on the internet or otherwise.
