Thank you for choosing to download my designs. I hope that you enjoy using them as much as I have enjoyed taking them.

I will do whatever I can to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. These licenses are required for use of any of my designs that are not for personal use. I have three licenses.
The difference between the two is giving credit or not giving credit to Vintage Nest Designs in your creations when selling with my designs incorporated with your designs. I also have a, "Commercial One-Time use License" for commercial selling as well. It is for one product only.
Permission is granted to make modifications to any images (size, color, blending in with other art (such as, Altered Art, etc.) as needed to suit your personal tastes, photos, etc. But please do not pass off any of the work as your own. And most importantly, have fun and enjoy the creative process.

You may use these digital designs, prints, or graphics in the following ways for profit.
You may use my graphics and/or prints in scrapbooks for others for pay or greeting cards, or altered art. (Miniatures are excluded from resale). It allows you to use all of my digital graphics and/or prints to use royalty-free way with no credit required to "Vintage Nest Designs" necessary.
What am I allowed to sell commercially?
You can use all my digital scrapbooking products to create new products for sale e.g. cards, stationery, digital collage sheets, templates flattened or editable, prints, websites, banners, blogs. You can also sell your creations in patterns, or blended in with other items, on other websites such as Etsy, Zazzle and Spoonflower.
What am I not allowed to do with your graphics?
Copy or transfer to anyone else. Re-sell these items in their original, printed, or digital form.
This also includes using my graphics in its current form as part of a digital scrapbook kit.
You may also resize these the graphics to fit your needs, but any other major changes to the graphics are not to be made without contacting me
for prior permission or noted herein.
You may use my graphics in your own layouts and you may send layouts to magazines as long as you credit, "Vintage Nest Designs" with the items in your layouts.
You May NOT:
You may not as a Digi Scrapbook Designer make an entire kit of these items.
You may not claim these graphics as your own.
You may not alter these graphics and claim them as your own.
You may not take any part of these graphics and add it to your graphic and claim the resulting graphic as your own.
You may not make any of my graphics into tubes or brushes and redistribute them in any way. You may not offer any of my graphics images on any web page for download, send them through lists, news, groups or include them in any graphics collection either on the internet or otherwise.
