Thank you for choosing to download my designs. I hope that you enjoy using them as much as I have enjoyed taking them.

I will do whatever I can to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. These licenses are required for use of any of my designs that are not for personal use. I have three licenses.
The difference between the three commercial use licenses are giving credit or not giving credit to Vintage Nest Designs in your creations when selling with my designs incorporated with your designs.
This is the "Commercial One-Time Use license and is for one design only. Meaning you must purchase a license individually for each design that you intend to use commercially or professionally and credit must be given to Vintage Nest Designs.
Permission is granted to make modifications to any images (size, color, blending in with other art (such as, Altered Art, etc.) as needed to suit your personal tastes, photos, etc. But please do not pass off any of the work as your own. And most importantly, have fun and enjoy the creative process.

It is non-transferable therefore you may not "give" the license to anyone else, nor can you change the product that it applies to.
This license provides to you, a one-time use of one of my products with credit given to, "Vintage Nest Designs".
No graphics are included with this download. All graphics must be purchased separately.

You may use these digital graphics in the following ways.
You may use one of my graphics in scrapbooks, greeting cards, altered art, personal website, blog, or other personal creations.
It allows you to use one of my digital graphics or prints in any of your creations for resale with credit given to Vintage Nest Designs.
What am I allowed to sell commercially?
You may sell "one" of my digital products or prints or any other of your designs, provided is it blended, adhered to (glued), altered art,
greeting cards with your designs.
What am I not allowed to do with your graphics?
Copy or transfer to anyone else. Re-sell these items in their original digital form, printed, or mailed prints, form by "Vintage Nest Designs".
This also includes using my graphics in its current form as part of a digital scrapbook kit.
You may also resize these the graphics to fit your needs but any other major changes to the graphics are not to be made without contacting me
for prior permission or noted herein.
You may use my graphics in your own layouts and you may send layouts to magazines as long as you credit me with the items in your layouts.
You May NOT:
You may not as a Digi Scrapbook Designer make an entire kit of these items.
You may not claim these graphics as your own.
You may not alter these graphics and claim them as your own.
You may not take any part of these graphics and add it to your graphic
and claim the resulting graphic as your own.
You may not make any of my graphics into tubes or brushes and redistribute them in any way. You may not offer any of my graphics images on any
web page for download, send them through lists, news groups or include them in any graphics collection either on the internet or otherwise.
